I am literally a link in the chain, a bridge between a supplier and a entity closer to the customer. My objective (and my team’s) within our supply chain is to simplify the upstream network execution, optimize the fiscal benefits for the organization and support business growth of our IP. When a Customer buys a product, it is sold by the closest subsidiary, which buys the material from vendors and other subsidiaries, which procure materials from other vendors. We manage the financial flow of invoicing from those suppliers all around the work to the Customers in our territory, while the physical flow is driven by logistics efficiency.
