A good friend of mine is an owner of a restaurant. The idea is not to be just like any other restaurant, he wants to cook from realy fresh ingredients. Therefore he is driving every morning before the restaurant opens with his van outside of the city to visit his suppliers and buy realy fresh vegetables, meat, etc. Ingredients he can not buy directly from the producers he buys only in shops he knows share his idea of high quality products. n some cases he also knows where the shops buy their goods. In this supply chain Im lucky to be the end consumer of his delicious meals!
