I studied logistics management in bachelor degree, and there is one course on my major with is supply chain management. After that course, I find that everything in our daily life can be seen as various of kinds of supply chain. When eating in a diner, the supply chain begins from the very moment when we step into the diner, and end when we finish eating and leave. The supply chain in the diner includes choosing a seat, taking orders, waiting for it to come, enjoy eating or probably not, paying the bills, and sometimes giving reviews. This process very much assembles a manufacturing company choosing supplier and pay for the product. That’s why I like the area: it deals with our daily life. Therefore I am taking supply chain as my postgraduate major, and hopefully I can work in the related company in the future.
