In the most occasions, I always act like a customer to interact with supply chains. Once I went to the bakery and wanted to eat a kind of bread contains cream inside, but the shop assistant told me that they never have this kind of bread. I was so disappointed and gave the advice to him. However, few days later, when I came to that shop again, there is a new product which is a long bread with cream inside! More surprisingly, the new product was very popular since it had been introduced.
So I as a customer, I showed my demand, and influenced the “supply chain” of the layer bread. And the supply of it influenced the my choice of breakfast maybe even the dinner.
