I work in the third of Vikram Singha’s Four C’s Compliance. I work at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand keeping aviation safe.

My core role is to ensure that the aviation industry is meeting the authority’s standards; my key skill is finding ways to promote a safety culture so that the authority’s standards simply becomes normal ways of working.
