My supply chains have changed a lot in recent years! I used to interact with large supply chains while I was managing contracts, then I dealt with smaller ones to deliver training and knowledge to procurement professionals, now I deal with very short ones to make sure our website delivers for its members.

However, no matter the size of the supply chain, the basics are still the same. The chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and links can be made stronger by good communication, relationship management, and openness, trust and honesty. My supply chain at the moment includes web developers, content writers, and community members, all of whom have different needs and requirements, but (happily) are all working together to create a stronger chain!
