I was linked to one of Nestle Mfg chains that produce chilled dairy products. In the chain, I was regarded as manufacturer who involved in the production of chilled dairy products and I was also a customer to the products. Nestle has many tiers of suppliers and customers. My previous job as material planner required me to liaise with 1st tier suppliers who supplied raw material such as sugar and packaging material such as bottle which then became finished goods of Nestle Bliss (Yogurt drink in brand). Nestle Mfg then delivered finished goods to Nestle Distribution Centre (NDC) and NDC supplied the products to retailer distribution centers such as Tesco and Giant. Once the products placed on the shelves, I was one of the customers who purchased the Nestle bliss from these retailers.
