I work as a pharmacist in my own pharmacy. My role in the supply chain is multidimensional.
As a pharmacist I purchase the most of the drugs or directly from the pharmaceutical companies, or from other suppliers. Sometimes, I see myself also as a manifacturer because there are preparations from the official Pharmacopoea that have to be made inside the laboratory of my pharmacy.
My main interaction, though, with the supply chain is to supply the patients/clients with the drugs. In addition, as a part of the Primary Care System, I provide them with services or some advice for trying to keep them healthy and satisfied.
