I’m an indepedent distributor who also doubles up as a consumer. I deal in natural healthcare products. The business is based on a network marketing model. There is no middleman between me and the company i’m affiliated to. The products come straight from the company to me at their cost. The regional office ensures that the products are readily available. I purchase them at wholesale price and retail them to my network of consumers and general public. I buy from my own business for my consumption as well. The company pays me loyalty for being a consumer too and i’m paid an extra bonus because i do advertise for the company by word of mouth. So in the supply chain i’m a stockist, distibutor/retailer and consumer at the same time.
